RM-1530T is a simple type CNC plasma table, suitable to handle large metal sheets. Its features include:

1. Structure designed for quick installation and disassembly. RM-1530T consists of several modules, customers can quickly complete the assembly following the video. This kind of deign also makes the machine in a smaller size during transportation and convenient for transportation.

2. 5 ft × 10 ft effective cutting area and 2205 lbs. load capacity, make RM-1530T meet most of the customers’ cutting requirements.

3. An automatic torch height control system is standard on RM-1530T, providing customer with accurate cutting heights and extended consumable life.

4. Industrial-grade stepper motors control the X/Y axes for fast, reliable torch movement. What’s more, dual-drive gantry structure is used in Y axis, makes the movement in Y axis more smoothly.

5. The linear tolerance of the linear guide on Y axis is less than 0.05mm (0.002"); X/Y axes’ vertical tolerance is less than 0.05mm (0.002").

6. Rugged steel frame construction. The workbench is positioned on six columns by the flat key to ensure the level of the work platform.

7. RM-1530T can be programmed to cut any plane shape parts composed of beeline and arc. There are two ways to program on this machcine:

a. For simple graphics, users can choose required graphics from 45 cutting path settings in the CNC system and change parameters according to the size of the grapics.

b. For complex graphics, users can draw graphics in CAD software and convert the .dwg files in the nesting software comes with the machine, then import the converted files into the machine by U disk.

Tips:

1. Plasma cutter and plasma torch are not included in the package, customers can choose plasma cutter and plasma torch according to their needs.

2. User should better choose mechanized plasma cutter for RM-1530T. Handheld plasma cutter cannot be directly used with RM-1530T.
