Construction and Features

● Table traverses on linear blaa bearings.

● Vertical handwheel at waist level.

● 0.001mm vertical micro-feed device.

● 3HP dynamically balanced spindle motor.

● All structural parts are manufactured from high-quality methane cast iron, tempered for stress relief and high rigidity.

● The column is rib reinforced combined with increased wall thickness on the base, ensuring extra high rigidity and grinding.

● Elevating and crossfeed leadscrews are hardened and ground.

● Superior Rigidity and Construction- Double"V" shaped slide ways between the saddle and base. Slideway surfaces are coated with Teflon and precision scraped, assuring extremely smooth movement and outstanding acuracy.
