Q: is this a dry cut blade stays cool without the flow of liquid on it please advise

A: The saw that I received - that did not work due to a defective transformer- is a wet or dry saw. I currently have a temporary transformer wired in because this company is so screwed up they can't get me the replacement for the defective saw they sold
