The SmartCut-2200 table CNC Plasma cutting machine is a modern cutting device controlled by digital program. Besides the automation of cutting operation, it also has advantages of high cutting precision, high material utilization rate as well as high production efficiency. With the development of mechatronics technology and computer technology, CNC cutting machine has attracted attention of more and more enterprises and becomes more and more popular in production by virtue of its good man-machine dialogue operation interface, powerful auxiliary support function and relatively low equipment investment.

Product features:

The numerical control function of machine is rich and varied, and it can cut any complex plane graphics. Lightweight structure and high stability. It can ensure high cutting accuracy, and there are casters at the bottom, which can be moved at will without occupying a fixed site.



CNC system:

1.7-inch LCD color display, Chinese, English and other languages, with 50 kinds of commonly used image libraries

Convenient and flexible file transfer and storage: USB interface is supported, the user can output the required cutting files to a U disk, and then insert it into the USB interface of the cutting machine to realize the file transfer.



The nesting software FastCam:

The programming nesting software FastCam of this machine is simple. It can not only manually program simple graphics, but also perform automatic programming of arbitrary complex graphics through the programming software provided at random. The software adopts an interactive dialogue mode, and the graphic data is automatically converted without manual coding. After cleaning, the part drawings drawn by AutoCAD or other drawing software are directly stored as DXF files, and then arranged through the programming software. After selecting the appropriate programming parameters, the G code files required for cutting are directly generated.


Mechanical Moving Device:

The mechanical moving structure consists of the following series of individual components.
1. Longitudinal drive device: composed of longitudinal guide rail, screw rod, nut, coupling, longitudinal drive motor, etc.
2. Lateral drive device: It is composed of lateral guide rail, screw rod, nut, coupling, lateral drive motor, etc


Cutting Torch Lifting Structure:

1. Cutting torch lifting device: It is composed of lifting small motor, reduction box, lifting screw, guide shaft, etc.
2. Torch clamping device: It is mainly composed of connector, clamp assembly, etc. The height of the cutting torch can be adjusted manually, and the verticality of the cutting torch can be adjusted to ensure that the incision is vertical. Therefore, edge beveling is sometimes required, oblique cutting can be carried out in the longitudinal direction, and it can also be rotated in the direction of the torch up and down.
