Maual chuck D100 (quick chuck 100p) is facial lock screw, applicable to all kinds of machine tools, customer are free to produce floor. Quick chuck 100 can be use in various machines for turning milling grinding or EDM machines. Clamping power 10000NM and max. 3000 rpm for turning.

POFI products can position and support the workpiece on the lathe much faster during assembling and installation which simplifies the production procedure. Meanwhile it can shorten the downtime and save cost.

 The workpieces or electrodes remain mounted on the system carrier throughout the production cycle (turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Wire-EDM).
