Manual chuck D100 is with CNC base, facial lock screw can be fine-tuning, convenient to installation, suitable for EDM machine tool. Manual chuck D100 with CNC base is a table chuck perfectly designed for CNC table, customer can easily installed this individual chuck on CNC table by screw up the base. It is convience for the user who are using EDM system temporally.

POFI products can position and support the workpiece on the lathe much faster during assembling and installation which simplifies the production procedure. Meanwhile it can shorten the downtime and save cost.

The workpieces or electrodes remain mounted on the system carrier throughout the production cycle (turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Wire-EDM).
